The hotel building was built in 1870 in the historical centre of Samara. Previously, this mansion belonged to Maria Nikolaevna Zagumennova. From 1944 to 1964 Kuibyshev Suvorov school was located in the hotel building, and since 1964 - the hotel Volna.
